responded to a domestic disturbance call. they located a man with a gun barricaded inside a vehicle. heavily armed officers closed off the area as members of the crisis negotiation team contacted him. and after about an hour and a half, they finally calmed him down and took him into custody san francisco is turning to big data to help ease the homeless crisis. the city has quietly been crafting a system to track every homeless man, woman, and child. information collected would better help the city and nonprofits determine what services needed. housing, rehabilitation and other services for the public but to eliminate wasteful duplicion of ose efforts. the rollout is what is being dubbed the one system began last month. two dozen ms-13 members and affiliates were charged during amos long murder and drug trafficking investigation.
